Trading Discipline OS ("App") is a personal trading discipline tool designed to help individual forex traders manage risk, follow their trading plans, and build consistent habits. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the App's core functionality:

• Account Information: Email address and password (managed via Supabase Auth). We do not collect your real name, phone number, or other personally identifiable information beyond email.
• Trading Data: Trade plans, executed trades (entry/exit prices, lot sizes, symbols), trading rules you create, and trade history you paste from MT4/MT5. This data is stored in your private account — no other user can see it.
• App Usage Data: Onboarding responses (quiz answers), settings preferences (language, notification times), and feature flags.
• Device Information: Device language/locale (for language auto-detection), notification tokens (for push notifications, if enabled).

2. How We Use Your Data

• Core Functionality: Your trading data is used solely to calculate Discipline Scores, Edge Scores, risk analysis, and personalized insights — all computed on-device or via secure server functions.
• Notifications: If you opt in, we send push notifications for morning briefings and evening reviews based on your trading activity and preferred schedule.
• We do NOT sell, share, or monetize your personal trading data.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with Row Level Security (RLS) — you can only access your own data.
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• We do not run any third-party analytics that track your individual behavior.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob: Used for banner ads and rewarded ads (to unlock Pro features). AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google's Privacy Policy.
• Sentry: Used for crash reporting and error monitoring. Sentry collects crash logs, device info, and app state at the time of error. No personal trading data is sent to Sentry.

5. Data Retention

• Your trading data is retained as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
